We are looking for a Senior Offboarding Specialist to join our Global HR Operations team. Join a dynamic environment where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and positive offboarding experience for our client’s and talents by responding and resolving offboarding requests accurately. We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate professional who understands the importance of departing employees feeling supported, but possess business focused mindset . As a Senior Offboarding Specialist, you will apply your expertise to handle all aspects of the offboarding process, providing guidance to the talents and managers, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

What you'll do…

  • Act as the face and voice of Workmotion's support to our clients by responding and resolving offboarding requests accurately within our SLAs
  • Own and drive EOR employee and client support, payroll, benefits, calculations, document preparation
  • Coordinate and work on the offboarding queries from the start to end with our partners and entities, ensuring all steps are thoroughly followed
  • Lead offboarding meetings with the employees and clients
  • Working on process improvement (including but not limited to: automation, manuals, guides, team processes)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal colleagues to resolve queries
  • Foster an environment within the team that emphasises the value of knowledge-centered support
  • Provide a high level of support to our EOR employees, being the first point of contact for any HR offboarding-related queries
  • Admin support: generation of reports, employment verification letters, HRIS administration
  • Provide a high touch local experience where possible, and help the product and operations team create systems that can scale

What we're looking for…

  • 3+ years of previous experience in HR Operations role and offboarding experience
  • Previous experience in a fast paced startup environment
  • Previous B2B client facing experience
  • Highly structured, proactive & agile working style
  • Confident with managing termination meetings and previous knowledge of termination processes
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with an ability to respond quickly and communicate effectively
  • Native or business proficient in English
