We are looking for a results-oriented IT Support Technician to help manage WorkMotion’s IT infrastructure located in our Egypt HQ.
You will be upgrading and installing hardware and software, performing troubleshooting to resolve IT issues, and constantly maintaining and improving our systems.
What you’ll do…
- Being fully responsible for a successful IT on-/ and offboarding, including:
- Upgrading, installing/ resetting and configuring new hardware
- Constantly creating user accounts and performing access control
- Working on backlog tickets and requests
- Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data
- Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems in order to provide fast IT support for all WorkMotion employees
- Observing the security logs and assuring there are no security breaches.
- Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration
What we’re looking for…
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in end-user computing.
- Experience in Cloud services “Google Workspace” and “Jira” experience is preferred.
- General knowledge in Cybersecurity (Endpoint management).
- Well-established knowledge of security policies and compliance.
- Organising ticket backlogs.
- Highly experienced in troubleshooting Windows and macOS.
- General knowledge in managing MDM services
- Highly experienced in hardware maintenance
