About the Role
Taptap Send is building a new institutional payments business. We move money across 80+ emerging market corridors and are now opening that infrastructure to institutional clients — crypto exchanges, fintechs, MTOs, and corporate treasury teams. This is an early commercial hire into that business.
The Role
You'll own a pipeline of institutional partners from first contact through to live. You'll work closely with trading and ops to structure deals and get clients across the line quickly.
What You'll Do
Source and close new institutional partnerships across crypto, fintech, and payments
Manage the full BD cycle, outreach, qualification, commercial negotiation, onboarding handoff
Represent Taptap Send at industry events and build profile in target segments
Work with internal teams to translate client needs into product and corridor priorities
Maintain a clean pipeline and report directly to senior leadership
What We're Looking For
3–5 years in BD, partnerships, or sales within payments, crypto, or FX
An existing network across crypto exchanges, MTOs, or EM fintechs
Comfortable selling a technical product to sophisticated buyers, treasury teams, CFOs, heads of payments
Organised, self-directed, and happy working without a large support structure around you
