The Role
We’re hiring a People Operations Associate to help us build and scale our people processes in Morocco. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who is energetic, detail-oriented, and excited by the challenge of building things from scratch in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
Support core people operations across the employee lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, benefits, and offboarding
Help manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Act as a first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and people processes
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal policies
Build, document, and improve people processes as the company grows
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in HR or People Operations within a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English, French, and Darija (spoken and written)
Experience supporting or managing payroll processes
High energy, ownership mindset, and a strong desire to build and improve processes from the ground up
Strong attention to detail with a practical, problem-solving approach
Nice to have
Fluency in other languages
Office management experience
Some level of exposure to Moroccan employment law
