The Role
We’re looking for a highly capable Office Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our London office. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys making things run smoothly, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You’ll be the backbone of the office, ensuring our teams can focus on doing their best work.
Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day management of the London office, ensuring it is efficient, well-organised, and welcoming with a culture that makes employees feel energised and cared for
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and costs to get the best outcomes for the business and deliver an amazing employee experience
Plan and execute internal events, team offsites, and company gatherings (from logistics to on-the-day coordination)
Provide ad hoc EA support to our executive team
Oversee office supplies, facilities, and health & safety requirements
Act as the first point of contact for office-related issues and continuously improve how the office operates
Requirements
Proven experience in office management within a fast-paced environment
Strong negotiation skills and confidence dealing with vendors and external partners
Experience or clear capability in planning and delivering events, both for staff and for executives and external partners
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Practical mindset with a bias for action and problem-solving
Nice to have
Fluency in languages other than English
