Why this role?

As a Senior Manager of Deal Desk, you’ll play a key role in shaping how modern organizations build and secure software at scale. You’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team and help drive our mission to embed security into every part of the AI-native development lifecycle. In this role, you will be a strategic partner to the sales organization, driving significant transformation in how we structure, approve, and execute complex deals as AI reshapes the SaaS landscape.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the Deal Desk function from idea to execution, ensuring high-quality deal structures and unblocking key commercial issues.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to drive revenue and ensure consistent execution in overlapping areas.

  • Exercise supervision over deal costs, commercial methods, and talent management within your reporting line.

  • Use our AI-powered tools to streamline the deal approval lifecycle and provide data-driven insights for complex negotiations.

  • Shape the way we adopt secure, scalable commercial practices that align with our AI-native product strategy.

  • Identify risk and customer impact within large-scale contracts, offering mitigations and path-to-plans for executive review.

  • Influence the product roadmap and GTM strategy by highlighting commercial pinch points and market trends.

What You Bring:

  • Extensive experience in SaaS Deal Desk operations, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-year software agreements.

  • 7+ years of experience with a strong background in leadership and team mentorship.

  • Strong understanding of AI tools and how they impact software development and security workflows.

  • Bias for action and the ability to solve pertinent internal and customer challenges based on sound judgment.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a strategic advisor to internal and external executives.

  • Proven ability to operate in a high-growth environment, leading a team to hit organizational performance targets.

It’d Be Awesome If You Also…

  • Have hands-on experience with forecasting tools like Clari to assist in revenue predictability.

  • Can build presentations that keep a meeting room awake during complex QBRs or deal reviews.

  • Have a sense of humour — we take our mission seriously, but not ourselves!

Annual Salary Range: $144,000-180,000 USD

Annual Bonus: 15%
