You will lead the re-imagination of scalable, enablement programs for our Customer Success team, so they can be the best strategic advisors to our customers.
This role is ideal for someone who can envision, design, implement, and foster a culture of continuous growth and learning across our organization. You will work to optimize, improve, and in some cases completely reimagine our current processes and programs so that we can not only meet but exceed our goals.
As the EMEA CS Enablement Manager you will...
- In this role, you will drive organizational alignment, promote ongoing development and accelerate new hire ramp for our Customer Success organization by owning and maintaining curriculum, content creation, and execution. In addition, this person will implement creative solutions that increase product knowledge and drive user adoption.
- You’ll work as part of a collaborative team with Sales Enablement, Product Training and Product Marketing to create engaging, innovative and scalable Customer Success enablement programs around processes, content (QBR templates), training or tools.
- There will be times where you will need to lead multi-departmental projects and at times you will need to be a valuable member and resource to the team🙌Drive measurable improvement in the Customer Success team’s performance through learning and development
- Determine quarterly goals, as well as near-term and long-term priorities in collaboration with the Director of Enablement and CS Leadership
- Support in the development and delivery of a CS onboarding program focused on improving ramp time of new joiners
We are looking for...
- 3+ years working in a fast-growing, saas company in Enablement, Customer Success or directly relevant role.
- Passion for empowering others, and demonstrating impact to the organization
- Ability to design, develop and deliver fully executed trainings and content, including presentations, e-learning, videos and other collateral
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work across all internal teams
- Results-oriented; able to work autonomously and accomplish both project and team goals while hitting deadlines
- A team player capable of high performance and flexibility in a fast paced environment
- Preference for Digital Advertising, Paid Social or Digital Marketing industry experience
- Bonus if you’ve worked with Salesforce, Catalyst, Docebo, Gong or Highspot systems
