We are looking for a Solutions Specialist to join Smartly Video and Display's expert Solutions team! As a Solutions Specialist, your core responsibility is to provide support for concerns related to client deliverables such as live issues, client integrations and bespoke implementations. You will be working closely with the clients, client services team and production team to troubleshoot and communicate solutions effectively via email, chat or video call. You will have the opportunity to share your knowledge on your field of expertise while also learning on how to work on other major Ad Serving platforms.

As a Solutions Specialist at Smartly.io, you will …

• Communicate with the client and stakeholders to resolve concerns in simple, easy to understand terms.
• Research and develop bespoke implementations and solutions by utilizing APIs, programs or scripts to address customer needs.
• Build bespoke solutions and scripts.
• Manage client integrations on the Ad-Lib.io platform (Facebook, YouTube, CM, Google Ads, DV360)
• Troubleshoot campaign issues and creative concerns by both internal and external clients then provide solutions and recommendations.
• Raise identified platform bugs to the engineering team.
• Formulate campaign strategies based on the client's objective for a campaign.
• Train personnel in your field of expertise.

We're definitely looking for you, if you ...

• Have a wide understanding of how dynamic digital advertising works.
• Are proficient in Javascript/Google Apps Script, HTML5, CSS, JSON and XML.
• Have DoubleClick Studio and CM360 experience is a plus
• Are knowledgeable in analyzing campaign performance reports. (Preferred)
• Can multitask and always deliver to a high standard.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Enjoy solving problems and learning new stuff.
• Cooperative and supportive; a true team player.

• Strong English communication skills.
