As an Office Coordinator at Smartly.io, you will …

• Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
• Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
• Support other teams with various administrative tasks (coordinating key cards distribution, access activation)
• Create monthly office usage reports
• Handle all weekly meals, supplies requests etc.
• Other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned.
