SailPoint is seeking talented University students to fill positions within our GTM Enablement team. If you are eager to be part of an enablement team passionate about frequently delivering value and celebrating these victories together, then consider joining us.
As a GTM Enablement Intern, you will work with the broader GTM Enablement Impact & Strategy team, as well as cross functional partners to help with a range of projects with our tech stack.
You will encounter a variety of technical challenges that will refine your problem-solving skills and work with a wide range of established and emerging technologies.
In our small, agile team, you will often collaborate with cross functional team members to shape the future of our sellers tech stack and enablement platforms. - Support Program Development: Collaborate with the global enablement team to assist in creating and refining training materials, communications, and resources for our sales teams.
- Explore AI Solutions: Research, evaluate, and test new AI-powered tools to help automate administrative tasks, personalize learning content, and improve the team's overall efficiency.
- Enhance Team Processes: Assist with organizing and optimizing enablement processes and help manage content on our learning and content platforms.
- Contribute to Team Goals: Actively participate in team meetings, share fresh ideas, and provide support on various ad-hoc projects to help the team achieve its objectives.
- Learning Content Consolidation: Act as the dedicated enablement LMS (learning management system) admin and use creative solutions to audit and update all content.
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, psychology or a related field.
- Proactive & Collaborative: A motivated, enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills and a desire to learn.
- Tech-Curious Mindset: A strong interest in technology and a keenness to explore how AI can be leveraged to improve business functions.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and contribute to projects effectively.
- College students from rising Sophomores to Seniors, along with Masters level students
Compensation varies based on your level of education from high school to Masters and the role applied for.
The reasonably estimated hourly rate for interns at SailPoint ranges from (USD):
$15 - $35.00Benefits Overview
