Who We Are
Ro is a direct-to-patient healthcare company with a mission of helping as many patients as possible achieve their health goals. Ro is the only company to offer telehealth care, at-home diagnostic testing, labs, and pharmacy services nationwide. This is enabled by Ro's vertically integrated platform that helps patients achieve their goals through a convenient end-to-end healthcare experience spanning from diagnosis, to delivery of medication, to ongoing care. Since 2017, Ro has helped millions of patients in nearly every single county in the United States, including 98% of primary care deserts.
Ro was recognized as a CNBC Disruptor 50 in 2022, listed by Inc. Magazine as a Best Place to Work in 2022 for our third consecutive year, and named one of FORTUNE's 2022 Best Medium Workplaces.
As Associate Director of Care Delivery Learning & Development, you will develop, implement, and oversee all training & education for our front-line patient care teams including the providers (RNs, NPs, MDs) that deliver care and the patient advocates who work alongside them. • Content development | Develop effective learning content for Ro’s front-line Care Delivery teams by translating complex and evolving material into simple and effective multimodal training tools and resources Doing so will require partnership with a variety of cross-functional partners/SMEs in Clinical, Product, Quality & Safety and other parts of Ro Though you will not be fluent in each of these functional areas, you will become sufficiently conversant to work with those SMEs to translate their expertise into effective training content
  • Metrics & continuous improvement | As part of end-to-end ownership and maintenance of a best-in-class care delivery training & education program, be responsible for establishing, monitoring and responding to outcome measures pertaining to the effectiveness of learning content and implementation. Based on that, make decisions about revisions and continuous improvement to ensure that materials and approaches are current, effective, and compliant with industry & safety standards
