About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Enterprise Sales to join our team. As an individual contributor, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by establishing and expanding strategic relationships with healthcare organizations. In a hunter role, your ability to win new logos will be essential in positioning our solutions to solve their most pressing challenges.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Business Development: Identify, target, and engage with healthcare providers and relevant stakeholders to understand their specific needs and challenges
  • Solution Presentation: Effectively communicate the value proposition of Papa’s services to prospective clients, demonstrating how our technology can improve their operations, patient outcomes, and overall healthcare experience
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales cycle management
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our product development, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment with client needs and expectations.

Your skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field
  • Proven track record of 7-10 years in HealthTech or healthcare sales, with a focus on Medicare Advantage
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including knowledge of healthcare IT, compliance, and regulations
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
