Own the roadmap for finance and business systems (ERP, planning tools, reporting infrastructure), ensuring they scale with the business
Drive process improvement and automation to increase the speed and accuracy of financial data and reporting
Partner with Data/Engineering to ensure clean, reliable data flows between systems that inform financial and operational decisions

A systems thinker who continuously looks for opportunities to simplify processes, improve operational efficiency, and build scalable infrastructure
A clear and confident communicator who can distill complex financial concepts into actionable insights for stakeholders at every level of the organization
Someone with a strong sense of ownership, integrity, and accountability who leads with transparency and earns trust across the business
