Job Summary

The Logistics Analyst — Inbound and Inventory owns all inbound logistics and field inventory management for Onkos Surgical. All field inventory that circulates through our warehouse, all field inventory cycle counts, inventory reconciliation tasks, and warehouse coordination activities fall under this role. This position ensures inventory comes back clean, complete, reconciled, and ready for the next surgery. The Logistics Analyst — Inbound and Inventory will be required to develop a detailed understanding of Onkos Surgical’s products, field inventory structure, and distribution center operations in order to maintain the accuracy and availability of surgical inventory.

Responsibilities

· Adhere to Onkos Core Beliefs, Code of Business Conduct, all regulatory requirements and quality standards.

· Support company advocacy initiatives to help raise awareness of sarcoma and pediatric cancer and drive positive change that will impact the lives of cancer patients.

· Maintain a strong knowledge of Onkos products.

· Manage all inbound set returns — coordinate pickups from hospitals and distributors.

· Confirm receipt and reconcile inbound inventory into the WMS accurately and on time.

· Coordinate with the Millstone warehouse on receiving, inspection, reprocessing, and restocking of returned sets.

· Track instrument tray completeness on every return and flag missing or damaged instruments immediately.

· Manage set reprocessing workflow: expedites, repacking, and return-to-ready status.

· Reconcile warehouse inventory against system records on a rolling basis.

· Manage red and yellow set consignment tracking — confirm location, condition, and last audit date.

· Manage implant and instrument replenishment from warehouse to field locations.

· Track set turnaround time from return receipt to return-to-available status.

· Prepare and distribute return labels with location-specific RMA numbers for cycle count audits.

· Administer the cycle count program — schedule counts, prepare count sheets, and track submissions.

· Coordinate with the sales team on count logistics, return labels, and RMA numbers.

· Review completed count sheets for accuracy and flag variances.

· Process excess inventory returns and coordinate backfill shipments for missing components.

· Maintain the backorder reconciliation tracker and update missing parts and kit completeness data.

· Maintain the master distributor/location/contact roster and resolve naming discrepancies.

· Produce loaner set utilization reports — turns per set, idle time, and geographic demand.

· Document inbound and inventory SOPs for cross-coverage and onboarding.

· Perform additional tasks as required.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or Supply Chain (preferred).

· 2+ years of experience in medical device logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management.

· Passion to serve and be an advocate for patients by supporting the needs of their caregivers and the Onkos Surgical sales team.

· Strong attention to detail and comfort working with inventory systems, WMS platforms, and ERP tools.

· Self-motivated, able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

· Ability to create a strong sense of trust and reputation for success with distribution network and customers.

· Possesses instincts to proactively seek solutions and present options to challenges.

· Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

· Support on-call hours and work overtime as required.
