About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated professional with four plus years of real estate agent/broker experience. This agent/broker specializes in property sale, acquisitions or investing The ideal candidate has an established book of business and can close at least one NON-MYND generated deal a month.They also have a sizable network and would be ready to hit the ground running in areas such as, listing properties, evaluating properties and investment opportunities, drafting real estate contracts, negotiating offers, generating price and rent comp analysis, and closing real estate transactions.
Mynd generates a large volume of investors and potential investors looking to sell and acquire investment properties. We developed a sophisticated analytics platform which pulls data from multiple listing services and analyzes properties and creates pro forma financials based on proprietary algorithms. When an investor is ready to make a new purchase or sell an existing property, the person in this role will handle all the on the ground transactional steps required to draft and submit offers. They will also facilitate the closing/due diligence process for accepted offers. This person will also be selecting recommended properties and providing on the ground expert guidance.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
- Source new opportunities through both on market and off market channels
- Execute on multiple deals per month (Mynd generated + Non-Mynd generated leads)
- Handle all ‘on ground’ transactional processes to purchase a property including:
- Learn and work within Mynd internal software programs
- Active Real Estate Agent or Brokers License
- Thorough understanding of the real estate market and the laws, regulations, and best practices involved in real estate transactions
- 4+ years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Meticulous and hyper attention to detail to secure accepted offers
- Tech savvy, including Google Applications and Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong customer service, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills required
- Can effectively work independently as well as cross functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience
