A Sales Manager with at least 6 years’ of consultative sales and account management experience in the travel industry. You have the demonstrated ability identifying new business, conducting outreach to potential prospects, assessing their needs and delivering a value proposition. You have a proven track record of closing new business and cultivating and managing relationships. y being on an incentive plan based on targets and results drives you.

3 openings available. These positions are remote and based in the following locations:

  • East Coast
  • Miami/Fort Lauderdale – Must be fluent in Spanish
  • California/preferably the Los Angeles area

  • Identify potential business opportunities by searching media, participating trade events virtual and live and networking.
  • Conduct Business development sales calls, visits, video meetings and engage accounts.
  • Prepare value proposition by providing consultative sales and identifying account’s needs.
  • Sign up accounts to Mondee marketplace.
  • Generate revenue and drive growth with accounts by managing relationships, negotiations, training and marketing.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively negotiate agreements and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Show reliability and punctuality in meeting client expectations and delivering on commitments.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Visit clients and attend industry events as necessary.
  • Display dedication to achieving exemplary results and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Provide detailed reporting on sales activities and revenue forecasts.
  • Conduct opportunity analysis to identify potential growth areas and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Prepare a detailed, prioritized sales plan on a quarterly basis to effectively cover all account opportunities in your portfolio.
  • Execute the plan with minimal deviation, feeding back to leadership any issues forcing diversion from plan.


  • At least 6 years’ experience in consultative sales and account management in the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable agreements/development plans to effectively drive revenue growth.
  • Solid understanding of the travel industry, including current trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales plans, including cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate and coordinate efforts with internal stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry and client events.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Attention to detail and ability to generate accurate and insightful sales reports.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify growth opportunities and devise strategic plans.
