A results-driven and experienced Sales Manager that can lead a sales team in a B2B environment within the travel agency industry. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated B2B sales management experience in the travel industry. Strong ability for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with our B2B clients.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base within the B2B sector.
  • Lead the sales team, providing guidance, mentoring, and motivation to ensure they meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance revenue streams and market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and market research initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the sales team remains competitive and innovative.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management within the travel industry, particularly in B2B sales.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel as required.
