About Mondee Travel:

We seek a driven and talented individual to join our team as a Partner Manager, Cloud, with a specific focus on building and maintaining strategic partnerships with hyper-scalar cloud providers.

What you will do:

  • Drive Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives for Mondee Travel's cloud-based solutions, partnering with hyper-scalars (e.g., AWS, GCP) to reach new markets and customers.
  • Develop and execute impactful hyper-scalar marketing campaigns, generating awareness and showcasing the value proposition of Mondee Travel's cloud offerings.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key decision-makers at hyper scalar partners, fostering collaboration and joint business development opportunities.
  • Manage accounts of existing cloud partners, ensuring successful implementations, driving renewals, and maximizing satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with new hyper-scalar providers, expanding Mondee Travel's cloud ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, sales) to align strategies and resources for optimal partner engagement.
  • Track and analyze partner performance data, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in cloud technology and partner management.

Who you are:

  • 5-10 years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related field, preferably within the travel technology sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies with a focus on cloud solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of the hyper-scalar cloud landscape and its players (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong experience managing complex partner relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals, with a strong target achievement orientation.
  • Data-driven mindset with a proficiency in analyzing partner performance data.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward. Passionate about the travel industry and the transformative potential of cloud technology.

Preferred experience:

  • Knowledge of API integration and development within travel technology platforms.
  • Successful experience developing and managing co-branded marketing campaigns with partners.
