What you will do:
- Play a pivotal role in developing and executing successful content-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for our valued partners.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, sales) and external partners to create engaging and high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
- Manage and curate partner content libraries, ensuring consistency with Mondee Travel branding and messaging guidelines.
- Develop and implement partner marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for partner offerings.
- Identify and cultivate new partner relationships, expanding Mondee Travel's reach and distribution network.
- Manage existing partner relationships, building trust and ensuring strong communication and collaboration.
- Oversee partner onboarding and ongoing support, providing training and resources to ensure success.
- Analyze partner performance data and recommend course corrections to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content marketing and partner management.
Who you are:
- 5-10 years of experience in partner management, content marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful GTM strategies, with a focus on content marketing.
- Strong understanding of the travel industry and its current landscape.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience managing and curating content libraries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Passionate about travel and the power of content marketing to tell compelling stories.
- Experience working with travel technology platforms and APIs.
- Experience in developing and managing partner co-branded marketing campaigns.
- Proven success in measuring and reporting on partner performance data and pipeline management and salesforce (CRM)
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
