What you will do:

• Play a pivotal role in developing and executing successful content-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for our valued partners.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, sales) and external partners to create engaging and high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
• Manage and curate partner content libraries, ensuring consistency with Mondee Travel branding and messaging guidelines.
• Develop and implement partner marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for partner offerings.
• Identify and cultivate new partner relationships, expanding Mondee Travel's reach and distribution network.
• Manage existing partner relationships, building trust and ensuring strong communication and collaboration.
• Oversee partner onboarding and ongoing support, providing training and resources to ensure success.
• Analyze partner performance data and recommend course corrections to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content marketing and partner management.

Who you are:

• 5-10 years of experience in partner management, content marketing, or a related field.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful GTM strategies, with a focus on content marketing.
• Strong understanding of the travel industry and its current landscape.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing and curating content libraries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Passionate about travel and the power of content marketing to tell compelling stories.

Bonus points:

• Experience working with travel technology platforms and APIs.
• Experience in developing and managing partner co-branded marketing campaigns.
• Proven success in measuring and reporting on partner performance data and pipeline management and salesforce (CRM)
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
