Job Snapshot

Mindtickle is hiring a Group Product Manager to own Behavior Intelligence and Performance Intelligence — the AI that turns the signals about a sales rep (calls, role plays, assessments, CRM activity) into insight on how each rep performs, and the products that put that insight in front of frontline managers and revenue leaders.

The problem is hard in a specific way. "Is this rep good at discovery?" has no correct answer sitting in a table, and the output is a judgment about a person that a manager or CFO will challenge. You will decide what counts as correct, get customers to agree with it, and defend it. The role spans deep AI product work on one side and senior revenue leaders as your users on the other.

This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. You own the charter end to end: product direction, roadmap, customer relationships, and business outcomes.

What's in it for you?

    Product ownership

  • Own the Behavior Intelligence roadmap: the insight the platform builds about each rep, and how that insight stays current and trustworthy.

  • Define and build the Performance Intelligence products that put that insight in front of frontline managers and revenue leaders, grounded in what those users are trying to get done.

  • Decide what a correct judgment about a rep looks like, and earn customer acceptance of it.

  • Hold a product direction anchored in customer outcomes. When the platform is behind it, find the path that still lands value and push the platform toward the gap.

  • Customer and market ownership

  • Represent the product externally: pre-sales conversations, escalations, and hard customer conversations, without a safety net.

  • Find and run design partnerships with senior revenue leaders. Come back from those conversations with decisions.

  • Build conviction for new product bets ahead of the data, and be right often enough that the org keeps backing them.

  • Business ownership

  • Inform and consult on pricing, packaging, and revenue for the products you own.

  • Hold a view on those calls and argue it, in terms of what it does to the deal.

  • AI-native ways of working

  • Run evals as the improvement loop: action-based evaluation, error analysis, and observability on what the system does in production.

  • Prototype several paths through a problem in hours instead of debating which one is right.

  • Work with agents running on your own work, and critically review what the model produces.

We'd love to hear from you, if you have:

  • 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years managing technology products (ideally B2B SaaS).

  • A track record of shipping substantial products fast, at quality, with small teams

  • Experience running an eval discipline for an AI or LLM-based product in production.

  • Range across altitudes: you can argue eval design with engineers and hold a churn conversation with a CRO in the same week.

  • Evidence of external ownership: hard customer conversations you ran alone, and what changed because of them.

  • A working style already built around AI: agents configured on your own repos and research, fast prototyping, critical review of model output.

Preferred Experience

  • Sales enablement or revenue intelligence: you know what a CRO does with call data and what a frontline manager does on Monday morning.

  • Or the equivalent structure: a data-heavy B2B product sold to a business operator in a revenue or marketing org, where the buyer and the configurer were different people.

  • Building AI products that make judgments people must accept — rankings, recommendations, or automated decisions with no human review.
