  Job Snapshot
  The Director of AI Partnerships and Strategic Alliances will play a pivotal role in driving Mindtickle’s growth through deep, strategic relationships with key AI and SaaS ecosystem partners. This role will be primarily responsible for:
 - Managing and growing existing partnerships to deliver measurable revenue impact
 - Identifying, developing, and launching new strategic alliances and OEM / reseller partnerships
  You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to maximize value from partnerships, while continuously scouting and shaping new partnership opportunities in the rapidly evolving AI and GTM technology landscape.

- Own day-to-day management of Mindtickle’s existing AI, SaaS, and technology partnerships.
 - Develop joint business plans and quarterly success metrics to ensure mutual revenue growth and customer value.
 - Manage day to day partner operations and key stakeholder relationships — from pipeline reviews and enablement to marketing campaigns, pricing, and support alignment.
 - Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to setup robust post sales support and service models, SLAs to serve partner customers
 - Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless technical integrations, co-innovation projects, and roadmap alignment.
 - Work closely with the Partner as well as internal Sales and Customer Success teams to drive co-selling, co-marketing, and expansion opportunities in the partner customer base
 - Serve as the internal advocate and champion for partner priorities across various Mindtickle functions, ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction and strategic alignment.
  - Identify and evaluate new AI, SaaS, Services, Consulting and technology partners for reseller, OEM, and co-solution opportunities.
 - Structure and negotiate partnership agreements, including commercial terms, GTM models, and product integration frameworks.
 - Build long-term relationships with potential partners and industry influencers to establish Mindtickle as a preferred AI collaboration platform.
 - Collaborate with GTM leadership to build business cases, forecast partnership-driven revenue, and define success metrics.
 - Lead cross-functional launch efforts for new partnerships, ensuring successful go-to-market execution and measurable outcomes.
 We’d love to hear from you, if you:
- 12+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem strategy within SaaS, AI, or enterprise software companies
 - Prior experience in Strategy Consulting or Strategy & Operations role is a plus
 - Proven success managing complex partnerships that deliver measurable revenue impact.
 - Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in enterprise software, particularly in sales enablement, CRM, or revenue productivity domains.
 - Experience negotiating and structuring reseller, OEM, or co-sell agreements with technology companies.
 - Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional leadership skills.
 - Analytical and results-oriented mindset — comfortable working with financial models, forecasts, and KPIs.
 - Entrepreneurial, strategic, and collaborative approach to building scalable partner ecosystems.
