In the Manager, Solution Consulting role, you will lead a team of highly skilled Solution Consultants and work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive enterprise sales growth. Your role will be critical in building + maintaining a field SC team that can understand the complex needs of large organizations, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and help prospects and customers realize the value Mindtickle brings to their revenue productivity and sales enablement processes.
You’ll act as a technical and consultative leader guiding teams through the sales cycle - ensuring high quality performance with needs assessments, product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) engagements, and overall sales strategy. You will leverage your deep understanding of our platform and industry to create differentiated solutions and deliver meaningful business outcomes for enterprise clients.

- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Solution Consultants focused on enterprise sales enablement and revenue productivity solutions.
- Set clear performance goals, KPIs for the team, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer-centricity.
- Enterprise Pre-Sales Support:
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to understand customer needs, identify business challenges, and design solutions that improve sales readiness and productivity.
- Lead tailored product demonstrations for large enterprise prospects, effectively showcasing Mindtickle’s value proposition for revenue growth, enablement, and sales operations.
- Lead RFI/RFP responses, oversee the creation and execution of Proof of Concept (POC) engagements while working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align Mindtickle’s offerings with customer requirements.
- Strategic Engagement & Solutions Design:
- Develop customized solutions based on customer-specific business objectives, technology requirements, and competitive landscapes.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert (SME) on revenue productivity and sales enablement trends
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between customer-facing teams and the Product team, relaying customer feedback and market trends to influence product roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
- Work with Marketing to support lead generation, user conferences, webinars, and other events that showcase Mindtickle’s capabilities to potential and existing clients.
- Customer-Centric Communication & Consulting:
- Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with enterprise clients, acting as both a technical advisor and a strategic partner throughout the sales process.
- Mentor your team to engage customers effectively, asking the right discovery questions, addressing customer concerns, and delivering impactful solutions.
- Reporting & Metrics:
- Track and report on team performance, including sales engagement outcomes, deal velocity, customer feedback, pipeline status, solution success, and areas for improvement.
- Leverage data to continuously improve solution demonstrations and engagement strategies.
We'd love to hear from you, if you:
- Obtain 8+ years of pre-sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong background in solution consulting, sales enablement, or revenue productivity solutions.
- Own 3+ years of experience leading a team of field Solution Consultants or similar technical sales professionals in an enterprise-focused environment.
- Possess deep understanding + prior experience with the sales enablement, revenue productivity, and/or sales readiness landscape - with a track record of helping organizations improve sales performance.
- Have extensive experience with enterprise sales cycles, RFP/RFI responses, and Proof of Concept (POC) engagements.
- Acquire strong technical aptitude with the ability to demonstrate complex SaaS solutions and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Get hold of deep understanding CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Seismic, Highspot), and other tools in the sales enablement ecosystem.
- Are familiar with revenue operations processes and the ability to align Mindtickle’s platform to key business drivers such as forecasting, sales coaching, and training.
- Have strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and motivate a team, helping them deliver outstanding results.
- Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Are a self-starter with a high level of energy, urgency, and ownership, capable of navigating fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Hold excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
