This year, Mindtickle won a Bronze Stevie Award for Technology Excellence.We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Demand Generation to lead our efforts in driving pipeline growth through digital channels, including web, paid social, paid search, and content syndication. This is a critical leadership role with a direct impact on revenue growth and success.

What You’ll Do

    Strategy & Leadership
    - Manage the global digital demand generation strategy to meet pipeline, SQL, and revenue goals.
    - Lead a demand generation team, ensuring alignment on goals, metrics, and execution.
    - Partner closely with sales, content, product marketing, campaigns, and revenue operations teams to build an integrated approach to demand generation for digital.
    - Drive innovation on digital strategies, continuously test and iterate on approaches to improve performance.
    Pipeline Generation
    - Lead the development and execution of high-impact, multi-channel initiatives across Web, paid search, paid social, and content syndication to generate quality pipeline.
    - Manage website performance including conversion, campaign pages, optimizations. Work closely with the web manager on your team to continuously test and maximize performance.
    - Drive account-based marketing (ABM) programs across digital channels to target accounts.
    - Collaborate with product marketing to align messaging and assets with target personas, industries, and use cases for digital channels.
    - Drive alignment with sales teams on lead handoffs, pipeline goals, and success metrics.
    - Continuously track the ROI from each channel and optimize.
    Optimization & Analytics
    - Monitor and analyze performance across digital channels, leveraging insights to optimize spend and improve ROI.
    - Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure the success of demand generation in digital channels, highlighting pipeline impact and areas of improvement.
    - Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in campaign performance, audience behavior, and market dynamics.
    Budget Management
    - Manage and allocate the demand generation budget to maximize ROI and pipeline impact.
    - Evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, or channels to scale demand generation efforts effectively

What You’ll Bring

  • Leadership Experience: 8-10 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing, with at least 3+ years managing teams.
  • B2B Expertise: Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or related industries.
  • Pipeline Ownership: Experience driving measurable results, including pipeline growth, MQLs, SQLs, and revenue contribution.
  • ABM Proficiency: Hands-on experience designing and executing successful ABM strategies for digital channels.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data to make informed decisions, optimize campaigns, and forecast future pipeline performance.
  • Technical Fluency: Deep knowledge of marketing tools like WordPress, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with sales, RevOps, product marketing, and content teams.
  • Innovative Thinking: A passion for experimenting with new ideas and pushing the boundaries of demand generation strategies.
