Job Snapshot
The Solution Consultant is foundational to MindTickle’s continued enterprise business expansion. As a Solution Consultant, you will become an expert in our technology & industry, and develop a deep understanding of how MindTickle is being used and creates differentiated value for current customers. Mindtickle Solution Consultants can fully understand prospect business challenges, and create + concisely communicate solutions which measurably solve those challenges in a practical and efficient manner.

What's in it for you?

  • Partnering with sales personnel in the qualification of enterprise customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis.
  • Able to balance multiple concurrent sales cycles (either in support or lead SC capacity).
  • Provide mentoring and training to peers and other colleagues in the organization.
  • Demonstrations of MindTickle’s product(s), both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers (both onsite and via video conference).
  • Generating product demo scripts and scenarios, and maintaining demo environments.
  • Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept engagements with prospects.
  • Responding to RFI/RFP documents.
  • Staying current on our product roadmap, to a level required for demo and POC.
  • Staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between MindTickle and its competitors.
  • Regular internal collaboration with the Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
  • Translating business needs to product requirements, ensuring customer expectations are captured, and highlighting opportunities to continue building our brand.
  • Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by our product including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security etc.
  • Supporting Marketing events - user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc.

We'd love to connect with you, if you:

  • Own 5+ years of strong Pre-sales experience (solution consulting, sales engineering, management consulting, client success, sales enablement, etc).
  • Get hold of the sales process and trusted advisor for enterprise account representatives.
  • Acquire excellent communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated senior selling skills within consultative projects.
  • Possess ownership mindset demonstrating drive, initiative, energy and a sense of urgency.
  • Are able to thrive in a small team with a highly dynamic work environment, switching rapidly from strategy to execution.
  • Are highly motivated, self-directed, team player.
  • Understand Revenue Productivity/Sales Enablement experience then it is a plus.
