We are seeking a talented and proactive Managed Services Representative to deliver top-notch service to our enterprise-level customers. As a part of our dedicated team, you will:take charge of projects and handle administrative tasks on the Mindtickle platform, catering to our clients' unique business needs. Be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality assurance on all deliverables.

- Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and audits before project handovers to clients.
- Constantly learn and explore the Mindtickle platform, features and functionalities to discover more streamlined task execution methods.
- Collaborate seamlessly with clients, internal cross-team stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions to customers.
- Develop detailed statements of work for each client's project. Document progress for the team and future reference.
- Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and audits before project handovers to clients.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with developers and service teams to understand application features and create comprehensive test strategies.
- Write and execute test scripts using automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
- Ensure continuous integration (CI) of test suites into the CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.).
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing of the platform or custom solutions.
- Debug test failures, report bugs, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
- Analyze test results, prepare test reports, and provide actionable insights to improve the platform's quality.
- Maintain and improve the test infrastructure to support scalability.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and tools in automation and testing.
- Innovate and create reusable templates and best practices.
- Foster a culture of innovation to optimize work efficiency.
We’d love to hear from you, if you:
- Have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Have minimum 2 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation in a SaaS environment.
- Are Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, or similar frameworks.
- Are proficient in programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Are experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitLab CI.
- Have hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).
- Have good understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Have knowledge of testing strategies for web-based applications and microservices.
- Have Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Have Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Have an ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Are Keen attention to detail and adeptness in comprehending problem statements.
- Have deep commitment to the accuracy of work and a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Possess a customer-centric and solution-oriented approach.
- Be the Mindtickle platform expert in the team to help address any queries and provide relevant recommendations to the team or customers.
- Be adept at Functional Testing, Performance Testing, and Usability Testing.
- Can prepare test plans, write and execute test cases, and analyze final results.
- Can manage defect tracking, analyze, report, and assist in enhancements.
- Can coordinate with the development team and project leads, and estimate the time required for testing.
- Are proactively identify problems and opportunities and perform root cause analysis/diagnosis leading to significant impact.
- can Provide comprehensive technical testing and proofing of all course components; ensuring readiness for the launch.
- Good to have:
- Have an experience with performance and load testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, or BlazeMeter.
- Have Familiarity with security testing practices and tools (e.g., OWASP, ZAP, Burp Suite).
- Have an understanding of container orchestration with Kubernetes and experience testing applications within containerized environments.
- Experience working with version control systems like Git and in code review processes.
- Understanding of data-driven testing and the ability to manage complex data sets in tests.
- Familiarity with business metrics or KPIs tied to QA performance (e.g., reducing defect leakage, increasing test coverage).
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven test automation tools or frameworks (e.g., Testim, Mabl, or Functionize).
