MindTickle is on the lookout for a Sr. Graphic designer. We expect a refined design sensibility and the ability to work quickly and creatively under tight deadlines. As a Sr. Graphic Designer, you will own the graphic design, development process, and the visual quality of the outputs developed and delivered.

What’s in it for you?
- Design and develop engaging content, primarily using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe Premiere, PowerPoint, Synthesia and Canva, amongst others
- Collaborate with instructional designers in different phases of the learning framework (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation) to think creatively to produce and recommend new concepts and ideas.
- Review and ensure a flawless graphical & design quality of the outputs delivered to the customers and internal teams
- Create design templates that the content team can use for creating learning modules
We’d love to hear from you, if you:
- Have possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality
- Hold 3-7 years of corporate work experience
- Have solid understanding of design principles, trends, and best practices in graphic designing and video creation.
- Possess excellent design and color scheme sense with an eye for detail
- Have experience in developing and designing content using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative suite.(Must)
- Are well-versed with design programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop etc.
- Have experience/knowledge in the usage of animation and video editing software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Camtasia will undoubtedly get you noticed
- Are able to handle AI tools and modify them using Synthesia, Canva etc.
- Are capable of implementing the concepts with strong technical knowledge
- Have good written and oral communication skills
- Have proactiveness and an attitude to own & drive projects from ideation to final deployment.
- Have ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines
- Desire and curiosity to learn both technical and soft skills
- Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Canva, Synthesia, Microsoft PowerPoint.
