Collaborate with key stakeholders to build consensus and deliver best in class user experiences
Conduct research to validate solutions, task flows, as well as understand user needs and how they align to business objectives
Deliver high-quality design consistently and be an expert on feedback processes
Establish success metrics for product and design, measure results, interpret data to determine effective ways to turn failure into success
Evangelize design best practices, including impactful presentation skills and effectively articulating cohesive design decisions to non-design audiences
Guide junior designers in design standards, using a design system, and give constructive feedback
Create high-fidelity Figma prototypes to demonstrate ideas and get stakeholder buy-in
Effectively manage time, work proactively, prioritise tasks, all to meet deadlines

Have a strong portfolio featuring product design work demonstrating complex problem-solving and solid design fundamentals
Have 4+ years of experience in designing web applications (preferably B2B SaaS)
Have a bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field
Are proficient in user-centered design processes and delivering projects in Figma
Are skilled in high-fidelity UI and interaction design in Figma
You actively seeks customer insights and deeper problem understanding,
Have a solid understanding of design systems, design tokens, atomic approaches
Have experience thinking strategically about product vision and partnering effectively with product managers
Have a strong understanding of design processes and the full product development cycle for web applications
