Job Snapshot
The Sr. GTM Analyst will drive the incentive compensation process through the development of new GTM compensation plans, support of existing plans, creation of policies and processes, as well as the analysis of plan effectiveness and GTM crediting accuracy. The role analyzes compensation data, builds financial models to assess costs, and executes on compensation calculation and processing. In addition, this role will assist with the quota deployment process and territory planning annually, as well as during periodic updates throughout the fiscal year. The Sr. GTM Analyst will have significant responsibility and interaction with senior management as well as considerable opportunity to have a large impact within a growing Revenue Operations organization.

What’s in it for you?

  • Manage the monthly and quarterly GTM compensation process for Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. This includes understanding and applying the plans consistently, maintaining quotas, targets and rates, and ensuring calculations comply with the plan.
  • Analyze performance metrics and deliver key reports to senior management
  • Partner with GTM leadership to identify quota credit and/or pay discrepancies.
  • Receive, research and respond to inquiries on discrepancies and facilitate explanation to GTM teams.
  • Create additional training related materials to foster a greater understanding of the compensation plans and commission structure.
  • Create an effective process to manage existing compensation plan details as well as capture new plan details.
  • Ensure appropriate level of compensation governance based on Mindtickle’s compensation policy.
  • Ensure plan requirements are accurately documented and communicated to GTM leadership, individual team members, and finance.
  • Monitor and track key performance drivers such as activities, contests and other incentives.
  • Participate in the design/implementation process for system enhancements and complete user acceptance testing for calculation logic, data tables and reporting in the incentive compensation system and related CRM and revenue tools.

We’d love to hear from you, if you:

  • Are BA/BS in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent practical experience.
  • Are detail oriented with excellent analytic skills and interest in identifying and fixing problems.
  • Are superior analytical and modeling skills, in-depth experience with financial statement analysis and a strong understanding of corporate finance concepts.
  • Have ability to partner, collaborate, and influence across a wide spectrum of functions that are part of the incentive compensation management process.
  • Possess superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have ability to quickly summarize data findings and effectively communicate results to management.
  • Hold 3-5 years of experience in compensation, financial analysis, GTM support, or related field.
  • Are strong PC/technical skills (Advance Excel, etc.); experience on a sales compensation software a plus.
  • Possess ability to complete multiple takes, establish appropriate priorities and meet deadlines with limited supervision.
  • Possess ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, fast growing company where adaptability is imperative.
