What’s in it for you?
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to build consensus and deliver best in class user experiences
- Conduct research to validate solutions, task flows, as well as understand user needs and how they align to business objectives
- Deliver high-quality design consistently and be an expert on feedback processes
- Establish success metrics for product and design, measure results, interpret data to determine effective ways to turn failure into success
- Evangelize design best practices, including impactful presentation skills and effectively articulating cohesive design decisions to non-design audiences
- Guide junior designers in design standards, using a design system, and give constructive feedback
- Create high-fidelity Figma prototypes to demonstrate ideas and get stakeholder buy-in
- Effectively manage time, work proactively, prioritize tasks, all to meet deadlines
We’d love to hear from you, if you:
- Strong portfolio featuring product design work demonstrating complex problem-solving and solid design fundamentals
- 4+ years of experience in designing web applications (preferably B2B SaaS) and LMS or instructional design experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field
- Proficient in user-centered design processes and delivering projects in Figma
- Skilled in high-fidelity UI and interaction design in Figma
- Actively seeks customer insights and deeper problem understanding,
- Solid understanding of design systems, design tokens, atomic approaches
- Experience thinking strategically about product vision and partnering effectively with product managers
- Strong understanding of design processes and the full product development cycle for web applications.
