What’s in it for you?

Design System Development: Create and implement a unified design system that includes UX guidelines, visual components, atomic design thinking, and interaction patterns, ensuring consistency across mobile and web products.
Collaboration: Work closely with product designers, software engineers, brand teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the design system aligns with the brand vision and product requirements.
Prototyping and Testing: Develop high-quality mocks and interactive prototypes. Use user research and data to inform design decisions.
System Maintenance: Regularly update the design system, ensuring it remains relevant and efficient. Evaluate and improve the usability and accessibility of components.
Leadership and Guidance: Provide design leadership, offering guidance on using shared patterns and identifying opportunities for new patterns and components. Mentor and support team members in their growth and involvement in the design system.
Strategic Planning: Work with our head of design to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the design system. Observe and reconcile broader strategy with narrower project goals.
Communication: Present the design system's mission and process to various teams and stakeholders. Regularly report progress to key stakeholders.
Inclusion and Accessibility: Focus on creating accessible and inclusive design components, considering a diverse range of users and use cases.

We’d love to hear from you, if you:

Experience: 4+ years in UX or related field, with at least 1 year focused on design systems. Experience designing for multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web, etc.).
Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma). Strong visual design skills and understanding of design theory (typography, color, grid, etc.).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HCI, design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Attitude: Low-ego, open to feedback, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
