About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Account Manager to support our rapidly expanding base of sponsor and broker users. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to build both operational and client-facing skills, while playing a key role in helping customers get the most out of our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Customer support & triage: Serve as the first point of contact for customer questions. Manage inbound support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed.
  • Onboarding: Guide new users through setup and workflows, delivering early wins and setting them up for long-term success.
  • Deal tracking: Monitor deal activity, flag risks, support follow-ups, and help ensure every transaction runs smoothly.
  • Product education: Share updates on new features, answer product questions, and drive engagement through regular check-ins.
  • Customer feedback: Capture insights from conversations and tickets to inform product, AM, and GTM teams.
  • Retention support: Partner with account managers on renewals and upsells by keeping accounts healthy, informed, and engaged.
  • Operational support: Assist the AM team with account-level operations such as preparing invoices, monitoring customer health, and tracking renewals.

The must haves

  • 1+ years in a customer-facing or account support role, ideally in a SaaS, CRE brokerage, or data-driven environment
  • Comfort managing 50+ accounts and handling multiple support threads simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
  • A proactive, customer-first mindset — you don’t need to know all the answers, but you need to know how to find them
  • Interest in commercial real estate a must; direct experience a plus
