About the Role:
The Field Marketing Manager at will support scaling CleverTap’s Europe region (defined as Europe, the UK and Israel) marketing, focusing on generating, accelerating, and monitoring marketing sourced pipeline for the region. This role will regionalise the field marketing programs for Europe and develop new field marketing programs that align with the go-to-market (GTM) needs to be established by the regional sales plan. Field programs at CleverTap primarily consist of events and post-event Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs, sales enablement, and support of the SDR/BDR organisation through generating MQLs. The role will primarily focus on new business acquisition, outbound prospecting campaigns, and engaging existing customers in the region. Events and ABM revenue generation skill sets will be key to success. You will collaborate with other regional Field Marketing Managers and the HQ marketing team based in Mumbai, India.
What you will do:
- Partner with the regional sales teams on the development and execution of field marketing programs for the region.
- Serve as the region's voice within the marketing department to ensure initiatives align with larger business needs for the region.
- Identify relevant industry events. Develop and execute the regional events plan and ABM programs for the target accounts to drive regional expansion and new logos.
- Work closely with other regional and global marketing teams to leverage and localise field marketing programs for Europe.
- Ensure our product content is amplified in the European market, including customer case studies, email marketing, and nurture campaign content.
- Ensure all regional marketing collateral and messaging best represents the CleverTap brand.
- Plan and execute in-person and online customer events for Europe sales targets from top-of-the-funnel events (sponsorships, speaking engagements, etc.) to bottom-of-the-funnel events (networking, entertainment, workshops).
- Ensure the Regional GTM teams are enabled on all marketing activities.
- Own the tracking, report and analysis of all events and field marketing campaign performance to measure and understand their success.
- Make adjustments and optimise tactics to deliver desired results.
- Travel (as required) within the region for key events and engage with customers, prospects, and partners to support lead generation and pipeline development efforts.
- Collaborate and work with HQ PR teams and regional PR agencies as required.
- Take accountability for the regional interviews and media shoots and monitor the brand perception, coverage and possible issues regarding CleverTap in the region alongside agencies.
Measures of success :
- Number MQL / SQL / SAL generated
- Number of events, mixers, and meetups per quarter
- Number of registration/ participation
- Brand visibility - share of Voice
- Event budget adherence/effectiveness
We are we looking for:
- You have 5+ years of experience in Field Marketing (including events)
- Working knowledge/proficiency in CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce and other Email Marketing tools such as Outreach, Apollo, etc.)
- Experience in the MarTech space would be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Client/vendor management, excellent planning and organising skills, internal and external collaboration, and digital marketing skills.
- Strong team player and collaborator.
- Ability to embrace change and thrive in ambiguity.
