About the Role:
As an Analyst, you will be responsible for review & analysis of CleverTap's PnL, Cash burn, entity KPI tracking. Areas under your purview will include board decks, Cash forecasting, budget tracking & analysis of various SaaS metrics. You will be working closely with the head of finance & various department leads to give management insights on the actual performance of the business
What you will do:
- Financial & operational metrics tracking.
- Preparation of regular management & investor reporting dashboard
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts- Monitor revenue, booking & customer churn data to ensure timely highlights of concern to management
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
- Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization.
We are looking for:
Must have:
- CA / full-time or MBA / CFA- 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must with working knowledge of Presentations; familiarity with data query/data management/visualization tools will be a bonus
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical competency
- Ability to think out of the box to support workflow improvement & automation.
