As a UX Designer at CleverTap, you will be responsible for crafting delightful user experiences for CleverTap products and related assets.

- Work with Product Managers to understand product problems

- Conduct user research with internal teams and end users

- Create wireframes, storyboards, screen flows and high-fidelity dev ready prototypes

- Work with frontend developers to ensure proper implementation and ensure consistency and integrity of the creative vision and style guide

- Work with UX writers to ensure the correct storyline with signposts and words for the interface

- Quality testing the product before go-live

- 2+ year(s) of relevant web apps design experience

- Strong empathy towards the end users and passion to solve problems by creating delightful user experiences

- A deep understanding of user-centered design process and interface design methodologies

- Understanding of technical possibilities and limitations as well as business strategies and goals

- Knowledge of the industry’s latest UX trends and technologies

- Proficiency in Figma

- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Portfolio of work that reflects the skills as a User Experience Designer

- Exposure and experience working on B2B SaaS products

- Knowledge of App design

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Vue.js
