You will lead the global operations team, ensuring that synergy with remote operations is optimal and aligned with the overall business strategy. This will involve working closely with your team to develop and implement operational plans and procedures, and ensuring that they are executed effectively. You will be responsible for tracking and reporting on the team's performance, and for making recommendations for improvement where necessary.
Another important aspect of your role will be to maintain good relationships with the expansion team and keep up-to-date with the status of all businesses. This will involve working closely with the team to ensure that expansion plans are aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals.
As the Operations Manager, you also will be responsible for planning and managing budgets, including monitoring expenses and identifying areas for cost savings. Overall, your role will be critical in ensuring that the company achieves its operational objectives and continues to grow and succeed.

As an Operations Manager a typical day might include the following:
You will have several responsibilities including but no limited to:
Provide excellent stakeholder management.
Oversee day to day business operations.
Ensure quality control and risk management for all business operations.
Achievement of objectives and key results (OKRs).
Business operations data analysis.
Ensure Sinergy alignment with remote operations and business strategy.
Develop and implement operational plans and procedures.
Sustain effectiveness throughout all operations.
Track and report on team performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
Maintain good relationships with the expansion team and keep up-to-date with the status of all businesses.
Ensure expansion plans are aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals.
Plan and manage budgets, including monitoring expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.

Availability to travel 70% of the time.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, with a track record of success in stakeholder management, operations management, quality control, and risk management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis, and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
Experience in developing and implementing operational plans and procedures, and the ability to lead a team to achieve objectives and key results (OKRs).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Knowledge of budget planning and management, with the ability to monitor expenses and identify areas for cost savings.
Experience in international business and remote team management, with the ability to ensure synergy alignment with remote operations and business strategy.
Knowledge of quality control and risk management frameworks, with experience in ensuring effectiveness throughout all operations.
