About The Role
We’re seeking an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Demand Generation Director to elevate Journey’s sales and marketing efforts. In this high-impact role, you will leverage your strategic and creative expertise to design, execute, and measure ABM and demand generation campaigns that engage target audiences and drive pipeline growth. Collaborating closely with the Head of Growth, sales teams, and other key stakeholders, you’ll ensure every campaign is tailored to the right personas and aligned with Journey’s mission to transform mental health care. In this role, you will:
- ABM and Demand Generation Strategy: Build and own Journey’s ABM strategy for target accounts, developing multi-channel demand generation programs that meet pipeline goals.
- Campaign Development and Execution: Design, launch, and optimize campaigns that leverage search, display, webinars, paid social, content syndication, direct mail, and events. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and seamless integration.
- Sales Enablement: Equip SDRs and AEs with clear account prioritization based on a mix of firmographics/demographics, behavioral engagement and intent data (using 6Sense or equivalent), as well as, highly individualized messaging, content, and outreach strategies that enhance prospect engagement and improve lead conversion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure campaign messaging resonates with Journey’s target personas and ICP.
- Performance Analytics and Reporting: Measure campaign success using metrics such as pipeline influence, lead quality, and ROI. Adjust tactics based on insights to meet growth objectives.
