The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting our digital marketing efforts, with a focus on driving marketing acquisition and engagement campaigns.

What you will be up to:

  • Email Campaigns: Develop email campaigns with our existing network of brands and retailers to increase engagement, retention, and upsell opportunities. Analyze email performance continuously and report it to the wider team.
  • Digital Event Production: Create and manage digital fashion tradeshow events on JOOR Passport - managing all aspects of digital event execution and coordinating between external partners, brands, retailers, and internal colleagues to ensure a successful event.
  • SEO & Website Optimisation: Identify and execute website strategy to drive growth, aligning on marketing priorities and ensuring ongoing optimization that results in organic traffic, SEO ranking, visitor engagement, and conversion growth, working closely with our Lead Generation team, content team, and developers.
  • Data & Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance, synthesizing data and delivering actionable insights.

What we are looking for:

  • 3-4 years of digital marketing experience, covering email marketing, SEO and website optimization, social media or performance marketing, or marketing ops.
  • Hands-on experience in email marketing leveraging different platforms (Brevo, Mailchimp, Hubspot) and mastery of the Google Suite (GA4, GSC, GTM)
  • Demonstrated experience in SEO, and website publishing from technical understanding to SEO content strategy and ongoing optimization
  • A drive to keep abreast of modern digital trends such as generative AI with the ability to apply the best of these in your workflow.
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrable experience in creating reports and presentations for a broader internal audience.
  • Strong collaboration skills across multiple departments and countries - team spirit is essential to you, and you enjoy working with a diverse, inclusive, and international team.
  • Hands-on attitude: you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and show how the job can be done.
  • Native-level English + another European Language is a plus (German or French)
