Job Description

Elevated casual dining restaurant seeking a General Manager to assist our award-winning Michelin-stared chef in Tysons, VA. This is a unique ground-floor opportunity with ownership and growth opportunity for the right candidate with a restaurant whose chefs are on the 2024 semifinalist list of James Beard Foundation's Best Chef Award. We have received many accolades, including being ranked #23 on the Washingtonian's list of DC Area's Top 100 Very Best Restaurants and the New York Times' list of the Top 50 Restaurants in America.

Position Overview:

As General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, staff development, and financial success. You will drive a culture of excellence while maintaining our commitment to high-quality food, outstanding service, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership, inspiring a high-performing and motivated team.
  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, maintaining seamless coordination.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to uphold company standards.
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and operational policies.
  • Collaborate with ownership on strategic initiatives and long-term growth plans.

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in an upscale casual dining environment.
