Overview
Join™ is seeking a Channel Manager to build and expand a robust channel partner network in the Eastern region of the United States. This in-field role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and enabling new channel partners to drive revenue growth. As a Channel Manager, you will establish yourself as a trusted advisor to our partners, providing them with the tools, training, and support to succeed.
What You’ll Do…
- Identify & Prospect: Source and recruit new channel partners aligned with Join’s strategic objectives. MSPs, MSSPs, ISPs, VARs and other community GTM partners.
- Onboard Partners: Lead the onboarding process for new partners, including training, go-to-market strategy alignment, and initial deal support.
- Sales Enablement: Develop and execute partner enablement programs, providing resources, guidance, and expertise to drive partner success.
- Revenue Growth: Collaborate with partners to create sales strategies, close deals, and achieve revenue goals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, conducting regular business reviews to assess performance and uncover opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to optimize channel strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Join’s internal teams (sales, marketing, and product) to align channel strategies with company goals.
What You Need to Succeed…
- Experience: Proven track record in channel sales, partner management, or related roles, preferably in the enterprise networking or technology sectors.
- Sales Expertise: Skilled in driving full sales cycles and achieving revenue targets through indirect sales.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Partner Enablement: Experience in developing and executing sales enablement strategies for channel partners.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise networking, IT outsourcing, AI-driven solutions, or cloud technologies is highly preferred.
- Self-Motivation: A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation: $120,000-150,000 (plus variable) based on location and experience
