As a Product Assistant for Reporting & Reorders at Italic, you will play a crucial role in inventory tracking and reorder tracking. You will work closely with the product team to ensure smooth operations and optimize inventory management. This is an in-person role.

Responsibilities

Inventory Tracking

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels across all product categories

• Generate and analyze inventory reports, making recommendations for improvements

Reorder Tracking

• Coordinate with suppliers for product reorders

• Track reorder progress and ensure timely product availability

Requirements

Technical Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry

• Proficiency in inventory management software

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills. English preferred, but not required.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
