About The Role
The General Helper provides support across various operational, production, maintenance, and housekeeping activities to ensure efficient workflow and a safe working environment. This position assists skilled personnel, performs basic labor tasks, and supports daily operations as assigned.
Team Summary
Will be part of the LA MFG team
Responsibilities
- Assist team members with daily operational and production tasks.
- Move, load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and facilities.
- Perform basic assembly, packaging, and material handling activities.
- Assist with setting up and cleaning up of workstations and projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labor, warehouse, manufacturing, or construction environment is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate basic tools and equipment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Manufacturing and assembly experience
- Any construction experience
Preferred Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
