Revenue Cycle Manager

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

• Maintain and enhance operations for end-to-end revenue cycle management including coding, claims management, billing and collections (patient pay and insurance).
• Update and create policies and processes to ensure compliance with payor contracts and state and federal regulations.
• Work closely with our clinical team to ensure proper guidelines and policies for patient communication.
• Ensure coding compliance with new and existing payer contracts.
• Process all monthly claims through our RCM system (Athena), in addition to managing all holds and working denials.
• Lead the onboarding of new payors, ensuring our systems and teams are prepared.
• Manage the credentialing process ensuring the practice and providers meet the necessary standards for compliance with payors and government regulations.
• Analyze outcomes and report monthly to operations and finance leadership.
• Requirements and Qualifications:
• 5+ years of revenue cycle management experience in a healthcare setting, telehealth and/or nationwide experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in building revenue cycle management systems and policies.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle tools and technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

$130,000 - $145,000 a year
