The Role:

As ​an ​International ​Growth Manager, ​you will be a ​pivotal ​force in ​our global expansion, ​acting as ​an ​incubator consultant ​and ​a ​catalyst for new ​ideas ​for business growth. ​You ​will ​be responsible for ​proactively identifying, ​validating, ​and scaling ​high-potential growth ​opportunities ​across international markets. ​This role ​demands a unique blend of strategic vision, hands-on execution, a deep data-driven mindset that transforms complex data into actionable insights, and a relentless drive to generate and champion groundbreaking concepts. This position reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO).

  • Expected Hours of Work: Mon-Fri, 10:00-19:00

Responsibilities:

  • Incubation, Ideation & Opportunity Identification:
  • Act as an internal consultant and entrepreneur, relentlessly generating and exploring new ideas for international market opportunities, product expansions, strategic partnerships, and etc.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to pinpoint untapped growth areas and emerging consumer behaviors in diverse global regions.
  • Champion innovative concepts from inception to execution, developing and presenting compelling business cases for new international initiatives, outlining potential impact, resource requirements, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead the initial phase of new market entry or product launch, building and validating early hypotheses, iterating rapidly on new ideas based on results.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define scope, align objectives, and ensure seamless execution of new international ventures, bringing your ideas to life.
  • Data-Driven Growth & Optimization:
  • Possess a high level of data analysis skill, capable of deep-diving into complex datasets to uncover critical insights related to user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization across international markets.
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to optimize key growth levers, from user onboarding flows to localization strategies, using data to validate and refine your ideas.
  • Develop and maintain robust reporting dashboards, providing clear, actionable insights on international growth performance to stakeholders.
  • Translate data findings into clear, concise, and persuasive presentations and recommendations for senior leadership and relevant teams.
  • Continuously monitor achievements and adapt strategies to maximize ROI and achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Identify and implement best practices in data collection, analysis, and experimentation for international growth initiatives.
  • Strategic Execution & Leadership:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive international growth strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, across various international regions.
  • Anticipate and address challenges specific to international markets, including cultural nuances, regulatory requirements, and local competitive landscapes.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement within the growth function.

Key Qualifications:

  • A strong track record of driving significant impact and measurable growth in a growth-focused role (e.g., Business Development Manager, Growth Manager, Product Growth Manager, Growth Marketing Manager) with a strong emphasis on international markets. We're interested in the scale of your accomplishments rather than just the duration of your experience.
  • A demonstrable track record as an "idea person" – someone who consistently generates novel and impactful solutions, challenges the status quo, and drives innovation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in high-skill data analysis, including proficiency with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Python with Pandas/NumPy, R) or web and mobile analytics platforms(e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel) for in-depth data exploration and modeling.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to break down complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights and persuade others to embrace new ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing international environment.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in other languages relevant to target international markets is a strong plus.

  • Experience working in a startup or incubator environment.
