General Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, highly skilled professional to join our Product Experiential team as a Staff Product Marketing Manager with broad and deep technical expertise. In this role, you won’t just talk about our technology—you will bring it to life! The successful candidate will translate complex technical concepts into compelling, audience‑appropriate narratives for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. They must be flexible, proactive, and capable of operating independently, while juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.

The primary role will be responsible for showcasing Qualcomm’s diverse technologies, platforms, and products across all business units in Qualcomm’s new Experience Center for customers, partners, and visitors. The ideal candidate is a charismatic presenter with deep technical fluency and strong executive presence.

In addition, this individual will lead our experiential robotics initiatives and serve as a high‑caliber Technical Product Evangelist, acting as a strategic bridge between cutting‑edge engineering, product management, and executive‑level customers.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, takes ownership of initiatives, and consistently drives results. Exceptional presentation and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead cross‑functional projects are essential. This role also requires availability to support domestic and international trade shows and events, where our technologies will be showcased in both private and public settings.

Job Responsibilities:

· Serve as a spokesperson and thought leader, articulating Qualcomm’s vision and technical advancements to both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Communicating complex concepts and marketing strategy to multiple audiences including but not limited to OEM customers, enterprise and industrial organizations, tech companies, developers, channel partners, media and analysts, investors, and regulators.

· Develop innovative ideas and concepts to showcase Qualcomm’s products and innovations in engaging and experiential ways.

· Tight alignment with internal stakeholders across business units and functions on objectives and desired outcomes.

· Background in robotics, autonomous systems, industrial automation, mobile robotics, drones, AMRs/AGVs, or multi‑sensor autonomous platforms.

· Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, business development, PR, legal, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing and educational strategies.

· Ensure all material meet brand, legal and partner approval requirements

This is an office based position located in San Diego, CA and is expected to comply with the company's onsite work policy. This is a U.S. based position and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 8+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 10+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Product marketing experience.

· Excellent program management, planning, and organizational skills.

· Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to work in a dynamic team environment

· Effective relationship-building and influencing skills.

· Ability to work and lead in a highly collaborative team environment and build alignment/consensus across technical and non-technical teams.

· Self-starter, resourceful, and able to effectively operate in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:

$172,000.00 - $258,000.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
