The Open Source Developer Office (OSDO) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager for planning, executing, and managing Qualcomm’s open source engagement and developer relations engineering execution. This role is central to Qualcomm’s mission to engage and grow our open source and developer ecosystem across AI, IoT, XR, and Compute platforms.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Developer Relations, Developer Marketing, Qualcomm Academy, Technical Publications and external partners to deliver impactful experiences that drive open source developer engagement and technology adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end project management for OSDO and Developer Relations Engineering deliverables including strategic planning and presentation preparation for senior management
- Define project tracking frameworks to support the work by various teams including KPI dashboards and reports for management.
- Drive collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and drive prioritization and scoping efforts for new projects
- Coordinate with internal teams to support development of technical content, demos, and open-source applications and developer tools.
- Maintain a project calendar across multiple teams and ensure timely execution of all deliverables.
- Manage project and travel budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on expenditures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Good understanding of developer and open-source ecosystem including compliance and legal requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Workfront, Asana)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with shifting priorities.
- Familiar with open-source governance models, licensing, and community dynamics
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of project management or related work experience.OR
Associate's degree and 9+ years of project management or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 11+ years of project management or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$160,400.00 - $240,600.00The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
