Company:

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc.

Job Area:

Sales, Business Development & Marketing Group, Sales, Business Development & Marketing Group > Marketing

General Summary:

Qualcomm is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and orchestrate digital experience initiatives across our web properties and platforms. This isn't a typical PM role managing tasks, it's a high-visibility position at the center of Qualcomm's digital ecosystem, where you'll be an essential connection between designers, engineers, technical stakeholders, and content publishers delivering world-class digital experiences.

Why This Role Is Different

You'll serve as the central hub for some of Qualcomm's most strategic digital initiatives—the projects that shape how millions of customers, partners, and developers experience our brand and technology. This role demands someone who can speak the language of designers discussing user flows, developers architecting technical solutions, business leaders evaluating business impact, and content teams publishing at scale. Your ability to translate between these worlds while keeping complex, fast-moving projects on track will be critical to your success.

The Opportunity

Cross-Organizational Impact: Lead projects that touch every corner of the company—from 5G and AI product launches to developer platforms and enterprise solutions. You'll work directly with BU leaders, technical experts, and creative teams across the entire organization.

Strategic Visibility: Your work directly influences Qualcomm's digital presence and customer experience. You'll present to leaders, shape roadmaps, and drive decisions that affect how the world engages with our innovations.

Agile at Scale: Experience SAFe implementation at one of the world's leading tech companies. You'll lead teams using cutting-edge agile practices while navigating the complexity and scale that few organizations can match.

Fast-Paced, High-Stakes Environment: Work on a team where projects move quickly, stakes are high, and your organizational prowess makes the difference between chaos and cohesion. No two days are the same.

Career-Defining Experience: Manage projects that span multiple disciplines, platforms, and stakeholders—building a portfolio of work and skillsets.

What You'll Do

As the Program Manager, you'll be the orchestrator who ensures digital experience initiatives flow smoothly from concept to launch. You'll own the process, timelines, tools, and alignment that turn ambitious ideas into delivered products.

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Own end-to-end project timelines for digital experience initiatives, ensuring all phases are completed on schedule and within scope
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional project teams including designers, developers, technical stakeholders, and web content publishers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and connection for all web projects across the organization
  • Track and manage projects through Adobe Workfront, and Jira, maintaining accurate project status, documentation and reporting.

Agile & SAFe Framework Implementation

  • Lead teams using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles and methodologies
  • Work alongside IT partners to facilitate sprint planning, execution, and delivery within agile workflows
  • Conduct stand-ups to ensure alignment and remove blockers
  • Organize and facilitate retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and team growth

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Create and maintain executive-level dashboards providing visibility into project status, team performance, and key metrics
  • Track and report on team velocity and productivity metrics
  • Hold teams accountable to commitments and delivery timelines while maintaining positive relationships
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership with clarity and data-driven insights

Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain responsive communication with stakeholders at all levels to keep projects on track
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues before they become blockers
  • Manage expectations and negotiate timelines when needed, balancing scope, quality, and delivery
  • Present project updates and recommendations to leadership with confidence and clarity

Ways To Stand Out

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront for project tracking and management
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its capabilities
  • Experience with Figma and understanding of design collaboration workflows
  • Background in digital marketing, web development, or related technical fields
  • Experience in the technology or semiconductor industry
  • Track record of implementing process improvements that measurably increased team velocity or project success rates
  • Experience managing large-scale web platforms or digital transformations

Key Competencies

Organization & Time Management: Exceptional ability to prioritize, plan, and execute multiple complex projects without dropping balls

Communication: Articulate and persuasive in both written documentation and live presentations—you make complex projects understandable to any audience

Responsiveness: Quick to respond to stakeholder needs and proactive in addressing concerns before they escalate

Accountability: Comfortable holding teams accountable while maintaining positive relationships

Agility: Thrives in fast-paced, changing environments with shifting priorities—you adapt quickly without losing momentum

Leadership: Inspires teams and drives results without direct reporting authority—you lead through influence and expertise

Analytical Thinking: Data-driven approach to tracking performance and making decisions—you let metrics guide strategy

What You'll Bring

The successful candidate will be a natural connector who can see the big picture while managing intricate details. You'll bring a perfect blend of technical understanding, process expertise, and interpersonal skills that enable you to navigate complex organizational structures and deliver results consistently.

You're the person who walks into a room full of competing priorities and emerging chaos, and within minutes, everyone knows what to do next. You're equally comfortable presenting sprint velocity metrics to leaders as you are facilitating a heated design debate or negotiating timelines with IT developer leads. You don't just manage projects—you create the clarity and momentum that allows brilliant teams to do their best work.

The Qualcomm Advantage

Working at Qualcomm means managing projects that power the future. Your organizational excellence will directly enable teams building digital experiences that connect billions of people to our innovations in 5G, AI, automotive technology, and IoT. You'll gain experience working with world-class talent, cutting-edge technology, and projects at a scale few organizations can offer—all while developing leadership skills.
