Key Responsibilities
- Credit Solutions: Assess the financial needs of businesses and provide customized credit solutions to meet their requirements. Monitor and manage credit portfolio, ensuring timely collections and minimal delinquencies.
- Onboarding Businesses: Identify and target potential business clients for Earnipay’s business management platform. Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to our platform.
- Relationship Management: foster and sustain robust relationships with existing clients and proactively identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional services and products.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal departments such as product, marketing, and customer success to ensure a unified and comprehensive approach to client management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, financial services, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of credit solutions.
