Cuyana is hiring for a Full-Time Monogram Associates for our Fulfillment Center located at 2229 Poplar St. West Oakland. This role will be flexible to work in other areas depending on daily volumes.

This role will accurately and efficiently produce all in house created monogramming, hot foil stamping, and accessories personalization. It will involve the day-to-day practice of fulfilling orders that fall into this category as well as performing the personalization process and quality inspection.

Coffee, tea, snacks, lunch and other perks provided. Located near West Oakland BART or free street parking.

Available to work from 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm. *Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours during peak season Oct- Dec*

RESPONSIBILITIES*:

• Operate foil/die cutting machines, producing high quality results, to meet customer and company expectations, in a cost-effective manner while meeting strict deadlines
• Ensure all personalization/monogram orders are completed and processed daily, meeting all quality and process standards
• Work cross functionally with other departments on placement/type of personalization for products.
• Assist in various areas of operations as needed: inbound, outbound, inventory & select projects.
• Maintain a clean, neat and organized work space
• Communicate warehouse activities to leads, supervisors, and managers

REQUIREMENTS:

• 0-1+ years experience operating a foil/die cut machine, such as Kwikprint, or similar equipment, in a commercial printing environment
• Experience in a warehouse / retail / start-up environment a plus
• Punctual, reliable, trustworthy, flexible
• Values accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet company and departmental standards, including Customer Requirements, Compliance, Safety, Efficiency, Quality, and Attendance
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
