Independently scope client needs, anticipate gaps, and define clear objectives for standard and complex data architecture projects
Manage client communications proactively, including status updates, next steps, and risk escalation
Present confidently to senior client stakeholders, answer technical questions accurately, and articulate the value of Contentsquare's data solutions
Provide actionable, well-reasoned recommendations tailored to client priorities and data maturity
Proactively manage scope, identify upsell and expansion signals, and collaborate with Customer Success and Sales
Design and deliver client implementations around DataConnect and MCP (Model Context Protocol), establishing this as a new practice within the PS team
Advise clients on best practices for data in/out flows, API integrations, and platform connectivity
Help clients leverage Contentsquare data within their broader AI and data stack
Architect and implement data solutions leveraging Snowflake, BigQuery, and other modern cloud data warehouses
Design and manage data pipelines, cloud storage integrations (AWS S3, GCS), and data flow patterns
Build and deliver BI and analytics solutions using Tableau and comparable tools
Advise clients on data hygiene, account readiness, and setting up a reliable data foundation for insights
Apply knowledge of AI and LLM frameworks, including MCP, to client delivery and solution design
Stay ahead of the curve on AI-driven analytics and help clients understand how to operationalize AI within their data ecosystem
Evaluate and guide clients on beta features and emerging Contentsquare capabilities
Act as the internal subject matter expert on data architecture, MCP, and DataConnect topics
Create reusable assets, templates, playbooks, and documentation that improve team efficiency and consistency
Actively mentor and upskill PS team members on technical and data topics
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to solve complex client problems and feed insights back into the roadmap
