About the job
Reporting to the RTR and Payroll Director based in Paris, you will manage the Poland RTR team and take ownership of key General Accounting activities for several Contentsquare Group entities, in line with IFRS and local GAAP.
What you’ll do
RTR-related activities
Manage the accounting, legal, and tax matters for Contentsquare Poland, including end-to-end bookkeeping.
Lead the central RTR team (up to 5 people), ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of General Accounting and tax activities for the Contentsquare Group.
Drive monthly and quarterly closings, coordinating inputs across departments and stakeholders.
Prepare accounting entries and calculations related to R&D, commissions, bonuses, and transfer pricing policies.
Oversee intercompany reconciliation, invoicing, and related cash management.
Provide timely, accurate reporting in the Group’s consolidation tool.
Ensure compliance with internal control procedures in line with Group policies.
Respond to external auditors’ requests, as needed.
Monitor changes in accounting standards and ensure correct application across the scope.
Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives across the Group’s accounting processes and tools.
Center management activities
Manage relationships with third parties (Administration, CitySpace, etc.).
Act as the local Contentsquare representative for all employees in Poland.
Serve as the local workplace manager.
What you’ll need to succeed
Advanced degree in Accounting.
10–15 years’ minimum experience in General Accounting (IFRS required; US GAAP is a plus), ideally across both an accounting firm and an in-house corporate environment.
2–5 years’ minimum experience in Payroll or People Operations.
2–5 years’ people management experience.
Fluency in Polish and English (another European language is a plus) to thrive in an international environment.
Strong analytical skills and solid technical accounting expertise.
Proactive self-starter: disciplined, organized, thorough, able to work autonomously with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and motivational skills.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, perform under pressure, and meet non-negotiable deadlines.
Nice to have
Experience in the Tech / SaaS sector (beneficial, not required).
Strong Excel skills, including VBA.
Experience with Workday (Financials and HCM).
